NatalyS, ku-ku, my dear! How are you? I'm going to watch Eurovision semi-final now. Are you?

Hi, Splattie,
You kracking me off with ku-ku. Smile, Sorry, hon, I do not laugh on you. I know that this is cultural difference. In America this have a different meaning.
When I just came to US, I had my baby born, and had a lot of doctors appointments and at this time my English was very limited. So I had one of them and one mom was seating with her child. He was so cute and he made some "ku-ku" for me, I respond on his actions and said, "Ku-ku!"
His mom just grabbed him and put him on the side, where I could not talk to him. Off course, I did not understand why she did it. : )) When I returned home, I told my kids about this. My kids started laugh so hard.

In America "ku-ku" means crazy.
