You see it's not the distance that matters in this case. Our friends told us that Zelenograd had been built to provide the country's industry with high electronic tecnologies and to attract engineers, scientists and other specialists it was decided to make them Moscovites administratively. So all citizens of the town have Moscow registration and all the privilages the Moscovites have. The town is very green and clean.
