As to me, I work in Production Engineering Department as a coordinator. I like what I do because it is pretty challenging and not boring, meaning I do not have to do the same thing over and over again. I have to analize things and come up with my own decisions and spread it around kind of as all other Departments will need my advice. Of course, I perform my job at 300% if not more but I am being paid only for about 50%. My Boss knows it and he is working to get me what I deserve which is not easy in this economy. We do have a freeze applied to our salaries for a while now but we should consider ourseves lucky to have our jobs as we are very busy as a Company. Here you go about my job a little...
