You are so right too. But for some odd reason we use word chredded more then grated. I don't know why. But it's the same meaning. I do have the same problem with my eyes and I want to try this great idea NatalyS gave us.

I've learned English in Scotland. That is because some words can be old or rare... Scottish English is a bit another from English or American English
