it isn't necessarily, you may have medical care absolutely free, but if you want good care you should pay. Nowadays, almost every pregnant woman have to pay, because there is nobody who want to get some bad result.

yes it is, these procedures are free for everybody, but there are lots of doctors, who do such free tests not very well,unfortunately
