Like I said - "Here are some help to the poor but not to the middle class." So, if a family on the benefits they probably have some excess to the cheap medical help, but you can imaging that it is just a minimum.
That's why Obama wanted to change the health insurance system , so, everybody can have insurance.
I don't want to mislead you a lot simply because I don't have all information. I only write on from my own experience.
