Tagine, also sometimes spelled "tajine" is a clay pot (sometimes glazed) that is used in Morroccan/North African cuisine. It has 1) a flat circular bottom with low sides and 2) a cone-like top. I don't think there is an exact translation into russian for this word...

But note that dishes cooked in a tagine/tajine, are often called tagines/tajines as well...

As for gremolata, all I know is that it is a topping used in italian cuisine to finish off a dish, sort of a finishing touch - but don't quote me on that Smile
