Dear girls,
I will be very glad if you accept me into your friendly company. To tell the truth I hesitated to start at ESR as you have known each other for a long time and may be you don’t need somebody else. But you are so warm and friendly!
Natasha you asked about the most famous dishes here. I am afraid I will disappoint you. We visit our friends and relatives and every time we have a lot of tea and that is all. So I don’t know what dish is popular here. My husband cooks very well (it’s not only my opinion but our friends as well). His traditional dishes are: Sheppard’s Pie (it’s the same as Russian запеканка with meat), Irish Stew, Irish Soup and Chicken Massala (sorry for spelling). He fries Scottish salmon deliciously (we had a little party and our friends were delighted).
