Nataly - I was thinking of making one of these 3 recipes before I just gave up and served half of it raw as an aperitif yesterday with a dip Smile. I will use the other half of it in a coleslaw today Smile also raw - I have yet to taste it cooked because it is just so good the way it is anyway!
