Nigora- first of all I want to welcome you to ESR.

Secondly, to answer your question:

I have one question, this year I, my husband and my son he is 3 year old, want to register for Green card Lottery, and I want to ask question if anyone of you know is it easy to live after you won GCL in US, I mean finding job, house, etc???

A) this depends on where in the U.S. you decide to "end up". Certain parts of the U.S. have good social welfare programs (helping immigrants with food, medicine, & some money until you find a job), but certain parts of the U.S. have almost nothing "free" for new immigrants. The tricky part is that the parts that have good social programs have less jobs, and those places that have more jobs, don't offer much in terms of welfare.
B) this also depends on how picky you are. If you are one of those people that only wants to do what you were trained for, you will most likely never find a job, or it will be very difficult. However, if you are not very picky (within reason and propriety, of course), you can get on your feet relatively quickly
C) The house is the most interesting part. I am sure you have heard of the financial crisis that has thrown America to its knees. Well, this crisis came about as a result of the housing market crash. At this point, however, many houses are available for sale, but they are VERY expensive, and require a 20% down payment before you are even considered for a mortgage. To demonstrate how expensive houses are, you can not get a small house of 2 bedrooms that is falling apart with barely any land for less than $200,000. This is where I live.

After you take all that into account and win the lottery, the only thing I can recommend is to come to the Eastern Shore (New York, Boston, Philadelphia, & of course, New Jersey) - these are the places that have more jobs available.

Good luck!
