I think I have heard about this autor. Especially after you mentioned this particular roman about the Russian Princesse. I almost bought it once, but got carried away by the Chronicles of Hitler! I couldn't finish this book though. And offered it as a gift to another friends who admires Hitler a lot, thinking he was a genius who misused his intellectual capacities. So if everybody else is quite excited about the author you mentioned, let's grab one his nice books and start reading it.
And I didn't hear about Sydney Sheldon, so I am quite open to any suggestions.

Regarding the avoidance of the negative that we are practicing since last 2 days. It is working well. I didn't have nightmares tonight either. And I am so glad. I hope to continue like this in a positive note.

If this doesn't concern the economic and financial world, I am more than happy to read the books by Danielle Steel. But in the circle of friends that we are now, we are all financial econimists, so we end up discussing those matters, that bores us at the end. So when I proposed to their wives to read smth else and to discuss smth else, they gave me some strange looks. You see how people can get narrow minded after all those "Old Boy" school university degrees
