I don't think so! It's different to learn a language as a profession and do it because you live in a certain linguistic environment where you don't seem to need any special learning. Do you get what I mean? When I read novels in the origional I get surprised how incorrect the language of some characters is though it's clear that the author does it intentionally. It's the same in Russian. But while reading I correct and then think how silly it is! I mean to correct the author But can't do anything: teaching has been my profession for nearly 38 years.
