Olga, you are welcome! Well, I am finishing up my leftovers. I am actually enjoying it too. I was busy over the weekend and did not even go grocery shopping and it turned out to be a good thing as I really do not need anything at the moment. It seems like I have everything so why bother. Well, I did make some light version of desert yesterday I am planning to show all of you here and some salad to accompany my meal which I also liked and will show you as well. How about you?
