Olga, I definetely do not think that we should stop going out because of the low level peoples actions out there. We just need to be careful and aware of the fact that if we complain too much anything can be done to our food. I heard so many other stories. My daughter has experience and the things she told me can make your hair stand up.

I did not go out much lately because of the swine flu. I think it is pretty wise to stay away from the crowd for now and do not go anywhere crowded unless you absolutely must go. Yes, if I am scared of wolves, I do not go to the forest, absolutely correct! Also: "Береженого Бог бережет". You never can be too careful.

By the way, I am coming up with something else in my mind now so I am going to create a delicious (I think) meal tomorrow for dinner. It has nothing to do with the eggplant though but very-very interesting combination of flavors. We will see if I will like it first before displaying it. What am I losing, right? I have so many things in my mind, you have no idea! I do not have a problem what to cook. Just the opposite...what to cook first? Well, I am sure it is temporally condition of mine which will slow down eventially. Otherwise, I am getting to excited with all these stuff in a good way of course and no complains, just interesting observation of myself aloud, I guess. What am I going to do with myself?

I was busy over the weekend and did not even go grocery shopping and it turned out to be a good thing as I really do not need anything at the moment. It seems like I have everything so why bother. Well, I did make some light version of desert yesterday I am planning to show all of you here and some salad to accompany my meal which I also liked and will show you as well. How about you?

I’d like to invite you with me for a walk in the park. The park name is Huntington Library which is sitting in the big Los Angeles. It is a really huge park so we just take a pick.
It is indeed has a library, one of the largest in USA. Here it is.
They have books from as early as 1410.
The Art Gallery originally was the Huntington’s residence which was built in 1911. Henry Huntington is one of the owners of Central Pacific Railroad and one of the most important art collectors of his generation. The Gallery now is displaying about 1200 objects, some of them from 15th-century.
Here is the picture of this building side with a patio.
The second picture is the view from the facade.

Gorgeous magnolia tree is on another side of the building.
However, it is a park after all. One of my favorite gardens here is Rose Garden.

I almost finished. It is huge event in California now – almost blooming of Amorphophallus titanum, the famous "Corpse Flower”. It blooms only the third time since 1999 in California. Well, you can guess its smell from the name. Yep, it is really bad.
I think it is the biggest flower in the world – now its bulb is 5 ½ feet long!

I've been thinking much about the story. You see the tale has been circulating in my country for I even don't know how many years. It's one of those chilling tales people got used to telling just to support a conversation not because they are true to life. At least I think so. It also depends on what kind of places you eat out. Nope, it is not a tale, it is an actual girl who got that kind of "treatment". The place called "Olive Gardens" in NJ. Only one correction, I thought all of them were sick but it was only one of them, which was more than enough but all three of them participated. I normally do not really pasticipate in nonsense story telling. There is no reason to apologize.

Yes, I did not remember the name when I was writing it first but I verified it with my daughter recently along with the doubt I had in my mind regaring all three of them being sick. Obvilusly, it took only one idiot in order to give the girl something more horrible than she already had. All she asked them was to remove the onion as she has an allergy, that is all. Unfortunately, even good restaurant can hire very low paid labor. Who would do such a thing?
