I'd like to share with you a very interesting history story I'd learned recently.
We were visiting Lake Havasu, Arizona and admiring real London Bridge in the middle of the desert. Well, not exactly of course... . Let say in the oasis on the Colorado river.
The story is this bridge was build in London in 1831 by John Rennie . Then, in 1962 it was sold to American real estate developer and the oil company owner Robert McCulloch, who was the founder of Lake Havasu. Who brought this bridge to Arizona!
The bridge facing stones were carefully disassembled and each piece was numbered, and then re-assembled.
The reconstruction took slightly over three years and was completed in late 1971
