Nataly, you are so sweet! Thank you so much for your kindness! I, from the other hand, do not have any problem having candies around as I will eat only one with my unsweet tea once in a while. I also have some candies at work to treat myself with unsweet coffee. I know it sounds weird but it is coming from Azerbaijanian tradition and I am so glad I partially grew up there. My kids have the same habit because of that as well though they are Киевляне.

As to Russian candies being tasty I have no doubts. Unfortunately, our candies are not as tasty as so many other things so I treat myself by going to Russian store once in a while and making Russian fiesta after. I am buying mostly: варенье, конфеты, копчёную рыбку, гречку, сыр, шпроты... The reason I consider this as a treat because I go there only 2 - 3 times a year which is good as хорошего понемножку. Anyway, I crack myself up here and better stop. Thank you for cheering me up this Friday morning!
