Hello, girls! Haven't been here for ages unknown You see looking through English magazines I came across a lovely story by Michele Roberts. The introduction attracted me. Now you'll understand why.

"I used to read a cookery book at night, after my husband had fallen asleep, savouring its poetry, its precise vocabulary. Recipes were indeed like poems, compact, with carefully chosen words..."

Great! To feel poetry in a cookery book! I have never thought why I like reading the books, but they really attract me, the language first of all. good

Nice to see you, darling. I've just come back home from the Urals where I managed to do a lot of things, and the most important one is a great event - my daughter gave birth to a girl. They named her Olga after my daughter. So I'm happy to have three OLgas: my sister, my daughter and my granddaughter! All of them are great and I love them very much.
My congratulations on your baby's first birthday. And best wishes too. sharik sharik sharik sharik sharik Romashki Romashki Romashki Romashki Romashki
Which book by D. Steel have you read? My last one was Toxic Bachelors. It's one of those that make us think what's good and what's evil as far as the author presents life stories of different people who managed to stay good-natured in challenging circumstances. It might be different, but this is the way I got it.
Now I'm reading New Moon by Stephenie Meyer. Not because I'm mad about the Vampire Saga (I've read the whole in Russian by the way).Just to compare the authentic one and the translation. You are sure to have read all those critical remarks concerning the translation. I wonder if the critics have read doth variants. By the way the translation is not as bad as they say though there are some pieces of carelessness.
Then it'll be Morning, Moon & Night by Sidney Sheldon. I bought it in Yekaterinburg.
