Sounds not too pleasant...Holland is about the same actually.(we've spent quite a bit of time there as well). I know for sure tis hard for me to do without proper winters with snow and -20
And yeah, fresh fruit/vegs available here (in Russia) is something I really value as well. and also milk and it's subproducts.

It's true....here a lot of vegetables, fruits)))
Last winter was very cold...can you imagine It was 20 degrees below 0
Today is very gloomy weather, it's a little snow, cold outside
As to summer it's rather warm, hot (+45)
There is nobody in the street in the day....we go to swim and sunburn until 10 am

I am not a student anymore, i finished studies 4 years ago. A faculty of social psychology in Riga, but i have never worked as psychologist. I don't feel it's mine. I love to do things with hands... And something about medicine. Now i am married with german and learning german language to study something here... I don't know what exact. Maybe i will find something fit for me.

It's nice place

I was in Berlin some times...I like this town, espesialy durind Christmas time.
I enjoied their market. I bought a littel presents for my relatives there.
I like their sausades and hot wine

Hello again, ladies. Finally have some time to write a sentence or two. Welcome to the newbies (tatsik and Jozh) and I hope you feel at home in the English Speaking Room. It seems that being a stay-at-home mom is a common theme (I am a mom too, but unfortunately, I work ). It also seems that many of us have left our homes to be with our loved ones How do you ladies generally feel about that? Was it worth it? Would you ever like to move? Or do you like your life as is?

i enjoy some crafts for example...but i don't believe it to become a serious "thing" for life....who knows though,..

I don't have time for TV. I have so much to do... We don't even HAVE a tv set. We gave it away...uhm...2 years ago.
Sometimes we do watch movies. But usually those old Soviet time films we grew up with
And yes I'm definitely going to watch "Ironija sudby ili s Legkim parom" on the NY day

It feels great to be with the man you love ) SUrely it was worth moving ))
Since our life is generally connected with quite a bit of travelling--no, I don't want to move anywhere. I want to stay at HOME. ))
As to being pleased with my life...I have my man, my kids, my place...yup GENERALLY I'm fine with that. But there is always room for improvement I would like my husband to stay at home more, and he wants it as well, but his work is really demanding (he's in science)....so....ehh... have to live with that for now...

I see...but I don't watch these films
I undestand you how difficult to wait next serie I have all series on disc,
I collected them a couple of years.

My husband very often goes on business and I stay alone
He may adsent during 3-5 weeks....I miss him, sometimes I think it kill me, I'll hope it does not last long.....

I try to do my best to decorate our house...go in for sport...read a lot

Girl...how do you usualy see New Year
